Yesterday the charger for my computer completely broke down. Regardless of how much electrical tape I had given it, it still gave up on me. Ungrateful bastard. Not being that keen on shelling out 800元 for a new one in Anshan, I decided to try my luck in Liaoyang instead. To my surprise the snow from yesterday had not melted away and was now getting the showel. The first two stores I visited were both out of stock, so I ended up going to the mall where Jin Xin's sister runs a camera shop. They had a box-less replacement for 580 that I quickly bought. Poor and successful I headed back to Wanxingda for lunch. You can say what you want about Apple, but they deserve praise for keeping the connectors on their chargers standard so those of us who sport 4 years old computers can still easily find a new one. Furthermore, they should be given huge kudos for having modular chargers, so I can use the un-broken half that has a Swedish connector with the new one when I go home. Right now one half is snow-white and the other is dirty as hell. I have to clean it when I get home tonight.
