Bing Yu is a small, small shop just outside the Zhengde Mall and conveniently located close to the Small Roundabout (小转盘). We often come here to pick up something to drink on our way to get dinner at one of the numerous restaurants in the area. The woman dressed in white in the second picure is the owner; she happened to stroll by when me and Wu Yang (吴洋) came here today. Funny thing, when we went hunting for shoes in Liaoyang a couple of weeks ago she saw us outside TESCO乐购. The world sure is small.
