Me and dad left Lund at 06:30 this morning. A little early considering that I got back home from Chen's place just five hours earlier, but a 30-year anniversary is a 30-year anniversary after all. We arrived in Väserås at 15:10 and by 15:40 I found myself in Alexander Ådin's car (a splenid specimen of a Ford Sierra) on my way to Uppsala. The gang had an evening of tacos and computer gaming planned and I arrived just in time. Tacos is kind of "our thing" and I guess the 1100g super-saver-jumbo-pack of taco spice-mix that we have collectively bought to support our addiction says something of how much tacos we eat. No taco would be complete without our "Haba Sauce" (creme fraiche (一种粘稠微酸的乳酪) with habanero chili fruits), for which Alexander was responsible. Usually we use two chilies for 500g of creme fraiche, but Alexander decided to up the spiciness and chopped down 3 (!) chilies into just 3 (!) big tablespoons of creme fraiche. Damn it was hot. You took one bite of your taco; no problem. Second bite; a little spicy; Third bite; you hit a "landmine". Sweet mother of spiciness, your mouth was on fire! After dinner we got our gear out and played some Alien Swarm and StarCraft 2. It wasn't until after one in the morning that we got in the car and headed back home. Good times.
