TITLE: LOST IN THE WOODS

I made pancakes for lunch and in an effort to work off some calories me and my sister (Lovisa) decided to take a walk in the forest. It was supposed to be just a quick 30-45 minute walk but we got lost and it turned into a more than two hours in the woods. As I guess is typical for a lot of people who get lost, there is always the belief that you are sure where you are realtive to your goal and you know exactly how to get there. Direction-wise we were 90° off and about halfway through our walk I consulted the GPS in my cellphone...which was unhelpful. But we found a small path deeper into the forest, followed it and ended up back at civilization. When we finally found a signpost that we recognized we realized that we were severly off course and called for Maria to pick us up. Well back home it was already dark and our neighbour's dogs were curiously observing the strange folk to arrive so late in the day. The red dot on the map is our summerhouse, the orange line is the path we THOUGHT we took, the blue line the one we actually took. The blue dot is where sister Maria found us (close to Lakenäs). My feet will be sooo sore tomorrow.
