It has been a little over a month since last time now, so me and Felipe Salas decided to meet up for some food and drinks this evening. This time we booked a table at Bishop's in advance to make sure that we got somewhere to sit. The food we had at Pitcher's was really not that good and we didn't want any more of that (we have, like, very few pubs here in Västerås). In an effort to feel a little bit better about all the beer we were going to consume we ordered the burger with salad instead of the French fries...and it could just have been the best burger I have ever had. Amazing bread, succulent beef, salty bacon, splendid dressing and crisp salad. Having finished mine I briefly entertained the idea of ordering another one. Yes, it was THAT good. I really like Bishop's; vast selection of beers, good atmosphere and cozy locale. Pitcher's, never again!
