I have been eating out a little too often as of late and thus decided to try my hand at some cooking today. In the pictures you see my attempt at "spicy chicken cubes" or 辣子鸡丁. It was nice but not as spicy as I had anticipated. More chili next time. After lunch I dragged my unemployed ass to the library to work on my Chinese book. Agatha Christie is one damn good writer; the murders are starting to roll in! The weather was nice today, but there are rumours going around saying that there will be snow this weekend. Hope not.
