While I was sleeping in and having a late breakfast, dad was out in the forest doing...forestry (伐木). Before going inside and making lunch we put up the nesting-boxes dad made last time he came here. Hopefully the amount of birds around the farm will increase, which will help keep the mosquitoes away in the summer. After lunch we checked up on the fence surrounding our patch of silver birch. Moose (驼鹿) REALLY like silver birch and they bust up the fence every now and then trying to get some. This time as well. We spent the rest of the day fixing the fence and then we had waffles (蛋奶烘饼) to reward ourselves.
