Being very satisfied with their last tenants (a Chinese couple) mom and dad decided to continue with the Chinese theme and got a Chinese Ph.D. for a tenant now that Maria landed herself a job in Stockholm. This young lady, 刘炬 (Liu Ju), proved to be just as nice as most other Chinese people I know and upon hearing that we would make a quick visit to Lund, she promptly invited the lot of us for dinner. She threw together a bunch of super-tasty dishes ranging from sweet and sour ribs to spicy, stir fried aubergine. I think I speak for all of us when I say that there were more than enough for all of us and that none walked home hungry tonight. Thanks for a great dinner; a most pleasant way to celebrate a successful opposition! Hope to see you again soon, Ju!
