Today was Xi's special day and that requires celebrations of course. Her parents also leave on Tuesday after a month-long visit, which made tonight extra special. Xi's parents were somehow worried that we would go hungry and thus spent a large part of the day preparing a HUGE hotpot-buffet (we had a total of 3kg of lamb and pork meat on the table o_o ). After an almost sinful amount food had made the journey down our throats it was time for dessert. Since Markus can't eat sweets they had bought both a sandwich cake AND a princess cake. Needless to say no one left less than stuffed to the ears. The store didn't have any regular ones left so Xi had to get princess frog cakes instead. Unless the package had said clearly stated that they were indeed frogs I would never had guessed.
