Today Alexander FINALLY got the keys to his new apartment. He actually bought it way earlier than I did mine, sometime before the summer if I am not mistaken. Unfortunately it has taken the previous owner until now to move out. Alex is also going to renovate the place a little, but mostly painting. His ceilings are newly painted and the wooden floors are in pretty good condition. It is a really cozy place with a balcony that is sheltered by a couple of ancient oak trees. It is going to be real nice when finished, for sure. I will follow the renovations with great interest!
