The boys returned today from a short vacation not far outside Västerås and they were hungry. On pure routine we do what we usually do and that we do really well: hamburgers. Having obtained the necessary supplies from a nearby supermarket we got to work. I took charge of the grill, Daniel the patty-sculpting and Alex the veggies and condiments. The result? Resounding success! We estimate that each patty was about 135g cooked and ready, but they felt positively humongous. Once you took that first bite you had to keep going until it was finished, otherwise the whole thing would come apart. What about the taste? Did it live up to our already lofty expectations?
