TITLE: LOVISA'S GRADUATION

We gathered outside the Ottar office downtown just before lunch to hear Lovisa and her classmates sing the graduation song and officially and formally mark the end of her three years at high school. The weather was fantastic and there was a truly festive atmosphere in the crowd. After almost singing their throats off their necks it was time to board the trucks and tractors and go for the compulsory party/celebration tour around town. Well back at home we held a reception for friends, family and neighbors with a buffet and a ton of homemade cakes. I think I managed to produce a quite nice portrait of Lovisa for mom and dad to hang on the wall; the light was perfectly soft and warm in the evening. After opening the gifts Lovisa took off for the huge party held for all the graduates at a club down town. The rest of us opened another bottle of wine and sat on the balcony talking late into the night.
