Greg/Grisha is also suffering from influenza so we thought we'd fight it Finnish-style, with sauna! Today was Greg's first visit to Shoushan, and for some reason (I blame my cold) I didn't get a single picture proving this. I guess he has no choice but to come back another day for some more sauna. We went of course to Xinsheng, the best prostitute-free scrubbing in Shoushan. Greg had been once to a Korean sauna here in China, but it was apparently a quite different experience, as he was somewhat sceptical to the whole lying-naked-on-a-bed-and-get-scrubbed-by-a-naked-dude thing, but he endured and had nothing but praise for Chinese bathhouses afterwards. It was really amazing, sitting in the sauna both nose and lungs completely opened up and let you breathe freely again. Until the Chinese came in and threw two buckets of water on the sauna raising the temperature 30° forcing you to leave. But before then both me and Grisha were in heaven. If this cold does not give in soon I coming back for more. Before leaving we were already discussing when to have a go at Liaoyang's bathhouses. I hear Wanhao (万豪洗浴) is good...
