TITLE: KOREAN CUISINE

Busy day today, but even students have to eat, right? Today we took Jiang's car to the roundabout for dinner. There is a ton of small restaurants in the area around the Small Rounabout and we often go there and walk around until we find something we want to eat. We went for a safe bet today: 石锅拌饭 (Korean mixed stone-pot). I don't know what they to their meat or where they steal it, but 特色烤肉吧 has the juciest beef in all of Shoushan. It is simply deeeelicious. Jiang is more of a noodle girl and got some stir-fried noodles that were pretty good too. I'm am serously considering buying a hat or a T-shirt that says: "NO CORIANDER". At least the guys at this place only use a little and put it all on top, which makes for easy removal. Is it just me or do we like never eat coriander in Sweden? It tastes like detergent. >_<
