Wu Yang (吴洋) and Mrs. Yang (杨姐) often play badminton during lunch breaks in an effort to loose some ballast. It was my plan to sneak up on them and take some pictures, but it was I who ended up getting photographed. The resident badminton master, Mr. Jiang (姜总), spied on us in a corner, no doubt getting a good laugh. Wu brought back some nice (and expensive) tea from Fujian Province when he went there on a business trip and was kind enough to give me a sample. It was nice (铁观音), but unfortunately a bit wasted on taste buds as unrefined as mine I am afraid (800元/kg). This afternoon me and Wu teamed up to execute a masterful plan to photograph Mrs. Sun (孙桂文) without her knowing about it. Wu inconspicuously placed the camera on the table in front of her and readied himself while I approached Sun from the side. When I struck up conversation and she turned, Wu snapped her picture. Evil genius at its finest. It is not uncommon for this kind of thing to happen the last 15 minutes before getting off work.
