06:30. Way earlier than I usually get up. But yesterday I promised to go with Wu Yang (吴洋) to the outdoors morning market for breakfast. I thought it might be an interesting experience and this morning I paid the price for my curiosity. It was freezing as every other morning, how some people might think that the morning is the best time of the day to hawk wares I will never understand. Because of the cold we quickly decided on place and darted inside. We were greeted with two bowls of freshly made and piping hot noodles in soup. Mmmm! I am a slow eater when it comes to scalding hot food, and thus made us run a little late. Hurrying to office, we grabbed some freshly ground soybean milk on our way out for the market. Warmth from the inside, it really is the best way to combat the cold. I fine breakfast, but I doubt I will try it again, as the weather won't get any warmer from here on.
