At five in the afternoon, after waiving at cabs for 20+ minutes in the scorching sun we decided to fuck it and go have some watermelon instead. Sitting in the shade having refridgerated seedless melon...almost too good to be true. The system of having all cabs change shifts between 16-18 in the afternoon really sucks. This means that there is a 2-hour gap when it is almost impossible to find a taxi. Extremely annoying.
