So, my parents and uncle found their way to China. Me and 许嘉 took an unreasonably early bus from Tianjin to pick them up at the airport. Well at the airport we had to wait for ages for everyone on the plane to pass the health checkup. Just my luck that one person onboard had a fever. Yay. After hauling all the luggage to the hotel we went out to lunch, after which we took on the square and the Forbidden City. We arrived a little on the late side and had to rush trough it. If you ask me though, we didn't miss much. There are other more interesting things to see in 北京. Unfortunately 许嘉 forgot her ID so she couldn't stay the night at the hotel with us, but had to return home to 天津. Bummer.
