A candid shot of my favourite muslim noodle place.老板 (Laoban) is Chinese for "boss" and in Chinese means "old floor". It is also the polite way to address shop owners. This 老板 is, although really nice, not the kind of guy you ask for a picture, so I had no choice but take one hiding behind my plate of noodles.
