Sweet potatoes are big here (at least in my part of Asia). They come in all kinds of flavours: roasted on the street, fried, dried and as juice. This kind is half-dried-and-kind-of-glazed, its naturally sweet and tastes really nice! Almost like a combination of dried apricots and fudge. We definitely need more sweet poatoes in Sweden.
