The first friend I made in China, Iwasue, is going home to Tokyo in just a few days. She has to go back and try to find a job before taking her last semester at college (thats how it works in Japan). She has my best wishes finding work in this financial crisis of ours, certainly a tough job in and on itself. She considers going to London to teach Japanese, who knows, maybe we will meet over there one day?
