This record shop is 许嘉's favourite, partly because of the somewhat exotic collection (how about Millencolin, Scissor Sisters and Bloc Party?) and partly because the owner is a really nice guy. We found a cool band with a laid back, rockish kind of sound. Right there and then I was struck by an immense feeling of being cheap. The CD was actually not pirated and burdened my wallet with a heafty 30元 price tag (regular legit CDs were all 15元). That is what they SHOULD cost compared to the 200 they charge you back at home. Still I manage to feel cheated. That is what happens to you if you stay too long in China.
