They are awesome. Simply awesome. 盖浇饭/盖浇面 (A kind of fast food of rice or noodles served with meat and vegetables on top, and usually sold as a set meal) is what they call their dishes. You pick the kind of meat and vegetables that you want and then whether you want rice (盖浇饭) or noodles (盖浇面). One dish is about 6-10元, which is usually plenty enough. If you need that extra protein boost after a good workout you can always ask for extra meat for an additional charge of 2元.
