I'm in class 中班 (semester 4 out of 7) and it's DIFFICULT. We get tons of homework and there is just so much to read. I'm drowning after just one week. In order to even stand a chance my dictionary needs an upgrade. So, my newfound Chinese friend Tom took me to this enormous market for everything electronic. After an hour or so of browsing I found a little thing that I can scribble characters on. Like 10 times faster than using an ordinary dictionary. Mine was just 600 yuan, but you can easily spend 2000 if you want all the bells and whistles. I didn't feel the need for an integrated MP3-player and some crappy games though...
