许嘉 is the mastermind behind this wonderful make-up. When we showed it to her mom she almost had a heart attack. It feels good to know that I am apparently that hideous. At lunch we had dinner at a nice Shanghai-style restaurant with 许嘉's family. Since it was Shanghai cuisine it consisted mostly of seafood and fish, apparently not very well made I was told. I had to luck of swallowing a tiny fishbone which actually hurt like hell, irritating my throat so much that we had to go to the hospital. After having waited in line for almost two hours I finally got to see a "specialist". Of course the bone was already gone, but my throat was really sore for the rest of the day. I'm not having fish in China again. Ever.
