The mixed-grain flatbread from Shandong Province is a cheap and tasty snack when you are on the go. Commonly sold on the streets from small food carts (basically a rolling stove), but here outside the university someone set up a small shop. At first I thought they would be really greasy but that is not the case at all. Too bad it took me half a year before trying them. I like this shop's cash register, a pile of money just next to the furnace. Get your change yourself...if you dare.
