Sam had a go at fixing a ten year old injury here in China; it is too expensive in the States and here he has the time to recover. So one of his toes recieved a small metal pin three weeks ago at the Fourth Military Medical University. They didn't give the foot a cast so the pin got crooked from walking, forcing them to redo the surgery. Being not to happy about this, Sam needed some cheering up and so I went to see him. Unfortunately, at that time I forgot my memory card. Classic, no? With my stomach feeling a little better I thought I would compensate the loss with a new visit and a new picture. Sam didn't mind.
