The Chinese have a strange way of building things. You put the windows in before the shell, roof and walls are done...eh? They build wicked fast too, working all day and all night. Actually a little surprising that they didn't use concrete for this building. Seems like the vast majority of the buildings here are just concrete with ugly, white tiles. [Shudder]
