Her school is pretty far away, about 45 minutes with bus, and I couldn't find the damn bus stop. So I ended up going by cab which cost me...wait for it...16元! For a 30 minute ride! While I was waiting for her to finish class I met this Chinese English teacher and talked for a while. His English was decent but his accent left something to be desired. I think I strained my right hear listening to him. Nice chap though. This school has 6 (!) different canteens by the way. 6!
